Maricopa Study Confirms Flow Labs’ Industry Leading Penetration Rates

Today, we’re excited to share the results of a recent validation study by the Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG), confirming the penetration rates of Flow Labs’ probe data. The study compared data from the Flow Labs Platform with MAG’s ground truth data from traditional methods such as tube, radar, and video counts, evaluating 49 locations across the greater Phoenix region.
The results set a new standard in transportation data and management. The Flow Labs Platform captured data from 29.1% of vehicles on the road, far exceeding the typical 2-8% penetration rates of traditional probe data sources.
